A) Unfortunately because we are a purely online business we do not hold any vehicles in stock. Rest assured we go above and beyond to make sure the vehicles are checked and are only purchased if at the highest of standards. We want to buy you the best possible vehicle within your budget and work with the highest of quality controls.
A) We pride ourselves with the quality of vehicles that we provide therefore we do not purchase any vehicles that have previously been in an accident. Our professional buyers make sure they select the best vehicles to purchase and do not consider any vehicle with an undesirable past record.
A) No. You have just registered your interest. There is no commitment until you have read the terms and conditions and submitted an order for a specific vehicle.
A) We ask for the full payment of the vehicle within 48 hours of us making the purchase. Our fee can be paid on delivery but the full amount of the vehicle must be paid beforehand.
A) If the vehicle is delivered and is not in the condition we have said it is in you are more than welcome to refuse delivery and not pay us our fee. At this point we try and go away and rectify the problem for re-delivery as soon as possible. If you are still not happy with the vehicle because it is not in a suitable condition there is an option for a full refund. This is a very unlikely event because of the extensive checks we do to the car before purchase.
A) Yes. If the vehicle is less than 3 years old it has manufacturers warranty. If it is an older vehicle we give 3 months warranty as standard. If you require warranty for a longer period we do offer some fantastic deals on warranty packages to suit all budgets and requirements.
A) No. We offer a delivery service to make the whole process as easy and hassle free as possible. If you would prefer to collect your own vehicle from us, arrangements can be made by talking to one of our buyers.
A) No. This is how we save you money. We buy our vehicles from the same place as dealerships do but instead of buying them to put on a forecourt, we buy them just for you. No mark ups, no inventory costs, just what we pay and our fee.

A) No. This is how we save you money as we have no inventory costs and do not mark-up the vehicle.
A) All of our vehicles are subject to a 143 point check and full valet serice before delivery.
A) No. This is an addition you can specify when placing an order of a vehicle.
A) Yes. All vehicles will have MOT as this is part of our 143 point check.
A) There can never be any guarantees as it depends on the market conditions at the time and various other factors. However, we would be very disappointed if we did not save you money while also saving you time and hassle.
A) The only money we make on a vehicle is our fee of £800 + VAT. Other than that you pay what we pay for the vehicle. Even with our fee we are very confident that we will be cheaper than any dealership or car supermarket.
A) No. Here at Outside Lane we understand everyone has individual needs and are in different situations. We are more than happy to work around you if you need to sell you vehicle first.
