How this works

We guarantee to supply your car in a condition indicative of its age and mileage and the vehicle will be without dents, burns or tears.

So what does this mean?

Well, if you ask us to buy you a 2 year old vehicle with 20,000 miles then we will deliver a car that is in the condition of a vehicle that has done 20,000 and is two years old. In a majority of cases you can expect the vehicle in a better condition as we only purchase great examples of vehicles and once the vehicle has been through our quality control and preparation processes it really will come out as close to new as a used car can.

In the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with the quality of the car then we would commission an independent inspection from either The AA or RAC. If the report proved the car wasn’t in a condition indicative of it’s age or mileage then you have two options;

1. Accept the vehicle however you wouldn’t pay us our fee
2. Refuse delivery of the vehicle and we would give you your money back immediately.
