When taking delivery of your next used vehicle you can expect the following...
1. Vehicle presentation
When we deliver your vehicle you can expect a guided presentation of your vehicle where our representative will walk you around the vehicle and highlight any minor inperfections that you will have previosuly been informed about. This is just another example of our transparency.
2. Vehicle demonstration
If you are taking delivery of a vehicle that you are not familar with our representative will take you on a step-by-step demonstration of the vehicle showing you the auxiliary controls and any other items you wish to learn more about.

- Transfer of ownership
- Final invoice
- Aftersales guidance
- 7 day insurance cover
- Warranty certification
- Completed UCQ form
- HPI certificate
- MOT certificate
In addition to the handover pack you can also expect the vehicle manual and service history where appropriate.
